Well, my experience at Avalon Towson i absolutely love it here. Such a great place/community. Everyone is respectful, very welcoming. To top it off with the maintenance stuff your complex has is amazing. Especially John , his professionalism is what we love to see. Thank you John & thank you Avalon Towson.

I have no real complaints about this property. Staff here are super cool... The maintenance guys are on point.. kayvon* (I think that's how you spell his name, tall dark skin guy.. super cool...) and angel is dope... dropped everything to help when my AC system started acting weird... Plus all my little concerns around my place. They come through without an issue... Carolyn is so awesome. She remembered my unborn sons name and always asks about him. Also she is the person who gave me the tour of the penthouse I am currently in... all the Leasing office staff have been good to me.. I love it here... pricey but worth it... absolutely beautiful views and amenities are dope!... Terrell Whitty

Very grateful for Bradley at the front desk! Coming up on my first full year at Ava Towson and he's been my go to for everything. Mainly because he's been respectful, reliable and empathetic with my different requests/issues. He makes it worth renewing your lease here , when there's someone always willing to go the extra mile!

Hello , I would like to say that I reach out to Avalon Towson on today to speak with someone about what I was experiencing with no one calling me back from the the Hunt Valley location and got to meet Bradley. I must say that I received excellent customer service from him and he did everything he could to address my issues and concerns and for that I am grateful to have met Bradley. While I was on the phone Bradley made it his business to communicate with his associate to see that my issue would be addressed on to at 12:30pm but as of this time I have not heard from that associate. I give Bradley a 10+ because he is outstanding and a great asset to your organization. I hope things will be resolved on today. Thank you Bradley 😊.

I’ve lived at the Avalon of Towson for several years now and they have an amazing staff. I just want to say thank you to everyone in Leasing. There has never been a day that Caitlin, Jocelyne, Autumn and Bradley don't have a smile on their face and listen to my many stories. They are all willing to help in any way. I hope they all stay as long as I'm here. I also would like to thank the Juan who is in Charge of Maintenance and I would like to thank the Cleaning crew as well. They are always around and on top of things. If anyone is looking to stay here, I would recommend it. Location is right in the heart of Downtown Towson with plenty to do in the area.

Any time we require maintenance, the app is very convenient and we always get a fast reply. The maintenance techs Jose and John were super friendly and professional. Another reason why Avalon Towson is awesome.

We have a great tour today! We spent over one hour to check 5 candicate rooms and we really like them. We appreciated Sidney coordinated our tour schedule through email smoothly and quickly, Alexus kindly arranged five different kinds of candidate rooms, and Josiah explained everything for us and answered all the questions! We will leave another review if and after we moved in:)

Bradley at the front desk is super helpful! He was able to answer every question I had and helped me out when I needed. The apartment itself is very clean and secure. A very nice place to live!

Maintenance guy Jose Carbajal was so helpful and extremely knowledgeable in assisting us with fixing one of our kitchen cabinet shelves that was overloaded. He was also really fast, respectful and kind.. I don’t usually leave reviews about my maintenance experience but he sure deserves this! Thank you Jose!

Apartment building is beautiful with great amenities and wonderful concierge services. Bradley was exceptional. From the moment we first toured the building to helping with the numerous questions during and after the move in. Bradley was always extremely responsive, patient and kind. He truly helped to make the process smooth. Everyone we have met so far from the staff to the fellow residents have been warm and friendly. We are very happy in our choice to lease here
